LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: In the new trailer for 'Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up,' 32-year-old Gypsy Rose Blanchard discloses that she experienced a pregnancy scare during her time with her ex-husband, Ryan Anderson.

The clip shows Gypsy on a phone call, where she candidly confesses, “We had sex. It wasn’t protected.” This sparks speculation about a potential pregnancy, emphasized by a scene where a friend directly inquires if Gypsy is pregnant. Gypsy's response is non-verbal; she smiles and shrugs, leaving her friend uncertain about her pregnancy status.

The trailer not only focuses on this pregnancy scare but also sheds light on significant events in Gypsy’s life following her release from prison in December 2023. Gypsy and Ryan married in July 2022 while she was still incarcerated for her involvement in the murder of her mother, Clauddine “Dee Dee” Blanchard.

After her release, they moved in together, but their relationship quickly encountered challenges. Gypsy announced their separation in March 2024, expressing the need for time to rediscover herself. She subsequently moved back in with her parents.

In addition to the pregnancy news, the trailer also hints at Gypsy's new romantic developments. Following her separation from Ryan, Gypsy reconnected with her ex-fiancé, Ken Urker.

The trailer shows their reconciliation, which Gypsy confirmed on April 30, 2024, stating that their enduring love and shared history provided a strong foundation for their renewed relationship.

‘Life After Lockup’ star Gypsy Rose Blanchard says she felt ‘lost’ in marriage with Ryan Anderson

Gypsy Rose Blanchard opened up about feeling "lost" in her marriage to Ryan Anderson during an interview with People. She explained that while she was married, she felt like a part of herself was missing and not fully herself.

“I think that there is a sense of freedom of following your heart, following what you feel like is right for you,” Blanchard said. “In my marriage, I felt like a part of me was lost in it, and so I feel like I found that missing piece of myself that I always felt was lost and now reclaiming that back. I definitely feel a sense of belonging in that space.”

Gypsy and Ryan married in 2022 while she was still in prison for her role in her mother’s murder. After her release in December 2023, they moved in together and initially appeared happy, with Gypsy expressing her contentment in a TV interview. However, by March 2024, Gypsy decided to separate from Ryan and returned to live with her father and stepmother in Louisiana, emphasizing her need to find herself again.
