TOKYO, JAPAN: Netflix's new adventure fantasy anime 'The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse' is directed by Maki Odaira. Premiering on October 8, the series recently made its streaming debut on Netflix on Wednesday, January 31. 

The plot of 'The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse' revolves around a prophecy about the four Knights of the Apocalypse, whose impending chaos threatens the entire kingdom. Amidst this, Percival, a young boy, embarks on a journey to locate the knights.

Viewers laud the animation quality of 'The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse' 

The manga series has been receiving widespread acclaim for its detailed character designs and thrilling action sequences.

Viewers are lauding the character development in the anime, as one X user wrote, "Seven deadly sins four knights of the Apocalypse episode 15 was really good. Nasiens was smart testing out a new substance before fighting one of Arthur's minions cuz that helped big time. I liked the mixed tag team match & donny got good character development in the fight."



 

Viewers are not only captivated by the series' adventurous theme but are also heaping praise on its visually stunning animation work.

Sharing their views about the artwork and experience, a user on X wrote, "Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of apocalypse episodes 1-11 were all really good it was very fun getting that adventure feel, the animation/artwork was really good, the opening and ending were also good, soundtracks was good and Percival was hilarious, I recommend it to everyone."

Viewers have hailed the series as a fantastic show and eagerly expressed their anticipation for season 2. "Great show I can’t wait for part 2 of season 1 you rock as Percival and I hope there will be a second season of Seven Deadly Sins Four Knight of the apocalypse," commented an X user.



 

An additional user expressed that the anime is deserving of the hype and wrote, "That new seven deadly sins is definitely worth the hype."



 

Joining the viewing frenzy, another user expressed surprise at the existence of the spin-off series but declared their intention to watch it. "Why am I now just finding out there's a new group of seven deadly sins?... I'll give this one a shot, just hope they can improve on the mistakes the first one made," wrote a fan of 'The Seven Deadly Sins.'

Will there be a second season of 'The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse?'

As of now, there has been no official confirmation regarding the second season. Neither Netflix nor Telecom Animation have commented on the second season of the show.

However, given the positive appreciation from the viewers, there is a possibility of a second season, but the final decision will only be taken after assessing the reception and ratings of the first season.
