Inside the couple’s dating history
This is not the first time, however, that the star has shared an image with her beau online. In March 2022, Hendricks, who was previously married to Geoffrey Arend, posted a photo of Bianchini and herself attending a rooftop show by Simon le Bon. However, the couple sparked dating rumors when they went to a Christian Siriano exhibition in Georgia together in November 2021.
In November 2022, Bianchini accompanied Hendricks on her trip to Scotland, where the couple could be seen posing in traditional Scottish ensembles while in a train journey. While Hendricks was in plaids, Bianchini opted for the traditional kilt. The six Primetime Emmy Award nominee captioned her post as, “She wore all her Scottish fineries and therefore felt no guilt, for convincing her fella to slip into a kilt. @belmondroyalscotsman #royalscotsman @steadig #luxurytrains”.
Hendricks also posted a photo of them from the initial days of her train journey aboard ‘The Royal Scotsman’, which she captioned, “Lead in by the pipes to a car filled with delights, the train started just like that, hope she chose the right hat!! @belmondroyalscotsman @steadig”.
While Bianchini’s dating history is not known, Hendricks was previously married to actor Geoffrey Arend. The former couple, who got married in 2009, filed for divorce in 2019 and broke the news on Instagram through a joint statement that read, “Twelve years ago we fell on love and became partners. We joined our two amazing families, had countless laughs, made wonderful friends and were blessed with incredible opportunities”. The post continued, “Today, we take our next step together, but on separate paths”. They further wrote, “We will be taking time to rediscover ourselves in this transition and we thank you for your patience and support in giving us the space to do so.”
‘Mr and Mrs Seagull!!!!!!!’
Hendricks’ co-stars and the couple’s friends gushed as the engagement news broke. Hendricks’ ‘Good Girls’ co-star Mae Whitman, made an excited comment using an adorable nickname for the couple, “YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY Mr and Mrs Seagull!!!!!!!”. Her ‘Mad Men’ co-stars too joined the bandwagon soon after with January Jones writing “Yayayayayayay!!!!!❤️❤️❤️”. “Congratulations!!! So happy for you both!! 💗💗💗,” writes Mad Men co-star Alison Brie.
Marvel actor Kat Dennings congratulated, “Christina!!! I love you, so happy for you both ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”. Tan France, who is now reeling in the success of ‘Next in Fashion’ wrote, “OMG!!!!! I’m so, so happy for you both!!! ❤️”
Apart from industry friends, the couple’s fans too took to the photo sharing platform to shower their love and support for the newly engaged couple. “Whoever currently holds the title "Luckiest Man on Earth", we need you to turn in your crown. We have a new champion!” said one user. “ cannot wait to see your dress! You will be an astonishing bride. Congratulations you guys, this is beautiful ♥️,” gushed another user. Hendricks’s post also got flooded with requests to become bridesmaids, with one young fan quipping, “As a little 17-year-old girl, I want to be your bridesmaid, will you accept? 🤣💍❤️”.
