For the guests of 'Fantasy Island' there is no way to tell just how their fantasy will play out. But, one thing is for sure, they're bound to come out of the situation as a better person. Elena was faced with a new challenge as a family made their way on the island. Eileen's (Debbie Morgan) showed up on the island with her daughter, Theodora and her husband and child. The reason for their arrival was so that Eileen and Theodora could work their relationship.

While Elena and Ruby try to explain the situation as best as possible to their guests, oftentimes, it's for them to realize what their situation means on their own.

Theodora suffered from severe abandonment issues due to instances in her childhood, where she often traveled with her mother, only for Eileen to have left her behind because of her job and other reasons. While she always came back for her daughter eventually, this created a lasting impression on Theodora, which eventually led her to build a sense of distrust when it came to her mother.

On the other hand, Eileen failed to see how she was at fault because, in her head, she worked relentlessly to provide her daughter with all that she needed, except her own time. The island's solution to fixing their relationship was to turn Eileen invisible, seeing that's how she now feels because, according to her, Theodora looks right through her. Eileen is livid upon turning invisible and no matter what she does, she cannot get anyone to notice her or even remember her. Simultaneously, the island also saw the arrival of Charles (Cliff Chamberlain), a professor looking to find a phenomenon that could not be explained by science. A man driven by logic and reason, he even argues with Elena that it is unlikely the island will not give him what he wants. Ever the skeptic, Charles is quickly losing hope of having his fantasy fulfilled.

While Eileen tries to get in touch with Theodora desperately, she communicates with Charles. He is baffled that he can hear and touch her but can't see her. She coaxes him into helping her, however, her insistence that Theodora has to forgive her forces him to take a step back. Eileen quickly begins to see the error of her ways -- she can't force anyone to feel a certain way, but what she can do is be a better person in the hope that they see her for who she truly is. She reconciles with Charles, and the two even share a romantic connection. Eileen expresses her worry that Charles might see right through her as she is much older. However, he reassures her that she was the phenomenon he hoped to experience, as nothing could explain their strong connection.

He even helps Eileen talk to Theodora. Eileen apologizes for all that she did in the past and expresses how she wants to be there for her if given a chance. Theodora and Eileen finally reconcile and Eileen turns visible again. It's a beautiful family moment. However, Eileen notices that Charles is missing. She finds him eventually, and the two realize that they might have found someone who truly appreciates the other.
