Emma revealed her genuine intention to support and assist other women in similar situations but it didn't sit well with the viewers who called her out. They also expressed that most viewers weren't even aware that many other women like Emma existed, who genuinely wanted to risk their lives and marry a prisoner.

"When I got married, I realized that there are many international prison brides that would've been in the same position as me that you would have to them go and find an officiant and there wasn't really a lot of choice," Emma explained her move behind becoming an officiant in the new episode. "And the ones that I found were really expensive," she added. "So I took the online test and now I can legally marry all my prison brides," she added.

Viewers were clearly furious and took to the internet to share their opinions. "The blind leading the blind," wrote a user. Others commented sarcastically that Emma would rather ruin other women's lives. "I'm here to ruin your life." "More like idiot leading the idiot!," said another.

Some found it weird that there were other prison brides too, who were willing to marry prisoners. "There's a community of these crazy women, now?" said a user. "Idiots of a feather, idiot together? added another.

How did 'Prison Brides' star Emma Bradford meet Curtis Bradford?

Emma's interest in inmates sparked after watching the Netflix documentary '60 Days In', where she observed a woman meeting her husband through the 'Write A Prisoner' website. Curious about the American prison system, Emma, a reality TV star, expressed, "Prison in America is a lot different from England."

Driven by curiosity, she explored the 'Write A Prisoner' website and discovered Curtis. Initially, she intended to ask him questions, given her belief that if he had committed the same crime in England, he wouldn't have received a seven-year jail sentence.
