The first official trailer of Amazon's original 'Hunters' is here and the show features Al Pacino as the man who leads a group that hunts high ranking Nazi officials who they believe live among them in the U.S. in 1977. The trailer begins with a montage of action shots.

There is a gun being pointed at people, a man who is tied to a chair is tortured and overlooking all of this is Meyer Offerman (Pacino). We then see him attend the funeral of Jonah Heidelbaum's (Logan Lerman) grandmother and he offers his deepest condolences and tells this grieving man covered in bruises, "We went to camps together."

Then, we hear Jonah say, "She lived through all of that, just to be shot in the living room by a burglar." Jonah witnessed his grandmother being shot, and a man in black overalls standing in the living room over his grandmother.

He recalls while speaking to Meyer that he felt like his "grandma knew him (the burglar)" and adds that the entire thing sounded personal. To this Meyer responds, "I suppose every murder is personal."

The feeling that Jonah is at the edge, and to fall over would mean to be privy to a host of deep dark secrets that he may not be ready to digest, rules the trailer. We see Jonah being egged to exact revenge after Meyer tells him that the "best adventure is revenge".

Once he sets on this path, everything his grandmother wished to protect him from drops away. What did his grandmother want to protect him from? "Nazis," says Meyer.

We are introduced to the group that Meyer heads which consists of a lock picker, a spy, a soldier, master of disguise, two weapons experts, and all of them are gathered to bring "God's justice". Meyer now wants Jonah to join them in hunting Nazis who have disguised themselves to blend into America.

Then, we have Agent Morris, who is also investigating Nazis living in America but she takes the legal approach. In the process, her investigation leads her to believe that "someone out there is taking them (nazis) out".

The show will possibly see Jonah's struggle between choosing the right way and the wrong way to seek justice. On one side he has the Hunters with him and on the other is the law.

Which one will he choose and will his choice be rife with betrayal? There is also the whole finding out of what the Nazis have planned for the Fourth Reich.

This exciting show will drop on Amazon February 21. The show will see Jerrika Hinton, Josh Radnor, Kate Mulvany, Tiffany Boone, Greg Austin, Louis Ozawa Changchien, Carol Kane, Saul Rubinek, Dylan Baker and Lena Olin play important roles. 'Hunters' is created by David Weil.
