'He's Not Worth Dying Over' is a drama where two teenage girls are fighting for a boy, and one of the girls eventually dies. The film is based on a true story and chronicles the intertwined real and social media lives of Isla (Rachel Boyd), a 19-year-old beauty and fashion influencer, and Grace (Hilda Martin), a class topper with ambitions of pursuing a veterinary career.

Though they are completely different, they have one thing in common: Jake (Lachlan Quarmby), who is dating both of them at the same time. The movie begins with a scene of two girls fighting physically against each other, and then the actors are presented one by one.

When Isla and Grace realize Jake is cheating on them, the girls turn on one another in a bitter rivalry, using their arsenal of social media channels to badmouth each other. While their supporters take sides and push them against one another, their animosity for one another grows into a real-life struggle that eventually becomes lethal.

Their ultimate fight ends with Isla accidentally stabbing Grace to death in front of everyone at a party. Grace dies on the spot and Isla ends up in prison. Overall, the movie sheds light on how social media can be harmful, especially for teenagers.

Typically, Lifetime movies have thrilling concepts, but everything went wrong here. When it comes to the actors, Rachel Boyd played the role of 19-year-old Isla splendidly. Hilda Martin, on the other hand, was wonderful throughout the film, fully immersing herself in the role of a shy girl pursuing her ambitions until falling in love with a jerk, leading to her death. Robin Givens, who portrayed Grace's mother, did justice to her character, playing it so beautifully that she conveyed the right emotions where they were needed. This is a one-time watch movie since it feels like typical teenager stuff with a love triangle, but with a tragic ending.
