After the massive success of ‘Headspace Guide to Meditation' and ‘Headspace Guide to Sleep’, the online company specializing in meditation and Vox Media Studios have come together with their third meditative installment titled ‘Unwind Your Mind’.

The upcoming show has joined the growing list of interactive shows on Netflix. Shows like 'Black Mirror: Bandersnatch', 'Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt' and 'The Boss Baby: Get that Baby' have been really popular in the past and the streaming giant will be hoping for a similar kind of success this time around as well. 

The final of three shows will take the viewers through an interactive journey when they’ll get to know about different exercises to unwind their mind. The interactive show can be really important for people who have been facing a lot of mental health issues due to COVID-19 and help them by providing some peace of mind in a fun manner.

‘Headspace: Unwind Your Mind’ will be premiering exclusively on Netflix on Tuesday, June 15, at 3 am ET.

How to live stream

The Netflix press site reveals the interactive show will be airing in the US. Viewers can subscribe to Netflix directly and watch the previous two editions by signing up for the platform’s free trial. Apart from that, people can also take various subscription plans provided by the streaming service.

Plot

The official synopsis reads, “The familiar voices of Headspace co-founder Andy Puddicombe and Director of Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Eve Lewis Prieto, return to provide the viewer with three customizable paths: Meditation (a simple guided session), Relax (for a daily wind-down), or Sleep (to calm the mind and body before bed). Viewers can create a path based on their in-the-moment feelings and time constraints, and the Sleep journey can even end with a bedtime story. With its welcoming animation, and featuring the thoughtful communication style that’s made the Headspace app beloved by millions, Unwind Your Mind is an indispensable tool for anyone seeking to kick off or deepen their relationship with a meditation practice, or maybe just finally get a good night’s rest.”

The upcoming interactive show is narrated by the soothing tones of Headspace co-founder Andy Puddicombe and Director of Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher Eve Lewis Prieto.

‘Headspace: Unwind Your Mind’ is created by Headspace, an English-American organization specializing in meditation and Vox Media Studios. The third installment has been made in a way that allows the viewers to return to the interactive program on a regular basis, as and when needed.
