'Grey's Anatomy' Season 17 Episode 3: Cristina should save Meredith but angry fans think Teddy will let her die
We got Derek Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey) back, so why not Cristina Yang (Sandra Oh)? Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) and Cristina were the twisted sisters of 'Grey's Anatomy' for over ten seasons, till Cristina had to leave for better pastures, or rather Sandra Oh exited the show. Nevertheless, fans feel that the show has never been the same without her.
In the latest episode of 'Grey's Anatomy' Season 17, Derek reappeared in Meredith's limbo, as she is dying from Covid-19. The two can't get closer to each other, because apparently the closer she gets to him, the closer she gets to death. Teddy Altman (Kim Raver) is supposed to be taking caring of Meredith, but fans don't want her, and are requesting Cristina to return, who they call not only the 'cardio god', she's also Meredith's person. It has been ages since we saw Cristina, and fans have been waiting with bated breath for at least a guest appearance from her.
Fans are also worried that Teddy might let her personal life get in the way, and let Meredith die." Cristina go save your twisted sister #greysanatomy," a fan tweeted.
