'Grey's Anatomy' has seen many relationships blooming into something beautiful and tumbling down the road. However, there has been no couple who has had the perfect journey in the show. Fans of the longest-running medical drama have expressed their wish to see Amelia Shepherd (Caterina Scorsone) and Atticus Lincoln (‎Chris Carmack) as the "one successful relationship" after Amelia prepares to give birth to their baby.

Episode two confirmed that Link was the father and he lent all his support to Amelia. The two confessed their fears to each other — especially because Amelia lost baby Christopher in the past after he was born without a brain due to a genetic disorder. In episode three, Link and Amelia decided to tell everyone they are having a baby. What's more, in the final few moments, Amelia breaks the news to Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo).

With all the good vibes from the couple, fans love their new dynamic and can't wait to see 'Amelink' become parents of the newborn. "I'm so so happy for amelia and link, they deserve the world #GreysAnatomy," one fan wrote and another posted, "I didn't expect to love Amelia and Link so much already." Talking about their chemistry on the show, one fan wrote, "Amelia/Link is the cutest pairing I've seen in a while on Greys!"

Fans are literally begging the creator Shonda Rhimes to let them be the IT couple! "Can there be one successful relationship on greys. Pls so we have hope in real life. Can it be link and Amelia. Pls I beg @shondarhimes @GreysABC #GreysAnatomy," one fan wrote and another posted, "Amelia and Link are the power couple. Iam begging you to not ruin Amelia and link. They are a beautiful creation. #GreysAnatomy."

After Amelia announced the good news to Meredith, viewers were even more excited. "Amelia and Link share the news and Mer is overjoyed for Amelia! She’s going to be Auntie Mer! Awwww," one fan posted. "Link and Amelia are gonna be the cutest and best parents," another one wrote. "I'm so freaking happy for Amelia and Link. They both had a difficult past and they deserve a happy life together. #GreysAnatomy #Amelink!"

Fans also feel Amelia is better off with Link than when she was with Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd). Moreover, there is more drama to look forward to when Owen finds out about the baby. It might come as a huge shock to Owen because he really wanted a kid when the two were in a relationship together. As more episodes roll out on ABC every Thursday, it will be interesting to see how the couple's relationship transforms with the baby in their life.
