'Grey's Anatomy' is known for its complicated love triangles but one couple's dynamic seems to be getting on fans' nerves.

Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams) got into a relationship with 'Station 19' firefighter Victoria Hughes (Barrett Doss) almost immediately after breaking up with Maggie Pierce (Kelly McCreary). While fans weren't particularly fond of Jackson and Maggie, they seem to hate Jackson's pairing with Vic all the more.

Titled 'The Last Supper', the promo shows how Jackson has an awkward dinner with both Maggie and Vic along with Richard Webber (James Pickens Jr) and Catherine Fox (Debbie Allen).

In a 30-second clip, Jackson asks Maggie if she is coming for dinner. "It's Richard and Catherine's anniversary. Why wouldn't I be coming?" she replies.

Meanwhile, Vic also comes to the get-together and her 'Station 19' friend Dean Miller (Okieriete Onaodowan) tags along. There are snarky comments flying as the awkward bunch try to settle in.

Jackson says, "Let's grab some wine if Maggie has left any." Moreover, when Catherine asks if Vic is allergic to shrimps, Dean says, "No, she'll put anything in her mouth." Awkward seems to be an understatement.

One fan aptly posted: "Oh boy weird, Knowing that Maggie and Vic have known each other since Vic's fiancé Ripley died, that the two women have been with Jackson, plus Dean has a crush on Maggie, and Richard and Catherine don’t get along, not to mention her outspokenness, this dinner is not gonna be sad."

The summary reads: "Jackson creates an uncomfortable situation when he invites new girlfriend, Vic, to what he thinks is Richard and Catherine’s anniversary celebration, only to discover the dinner was called for different reasons. Elsewhere, Levi brings Nico on a trip to visit an ailing family member."

Fans are pretty annoyed by the promo. "Am I the only one who thinks they're annoying together and annoying broken up," one fan wrote and another posted, "Literally, who wants these crossovers... please let them be separate shows. Not to mention the Maggie/Jackson drama is getting so old."

Lambasting the poor writing, another viewer said, "The writing has gotten awful. 'She'll put anything in her mouth'. Who the hell talks like that?"

Meanwhile, one fan wants Vic and Dean to date. "Okay if Maggie and Dean are not scheduled to go on a date by the end of this I’m going to be super mad!!!! But I think it will happen so yay!!!" the comment read.

Another viewer pointed out: "This will be the second dinner that Dean has attended that involves family tension, the first being his own family dinner from S19 season 2."

Directed by Nicole Rubio and written by Jason Ganzel, the episode is all set for a February 6 release.
