If you've been patient after the major 'Grey's Anatomy' cliffhanger, it's time to be rewarded. ABC's longest-running medical drama will return to the channel on January 23 with a major two-hour 'Station 19' crossover episode.

Wondering what's going to unravel in the next episode? Here's a cue. The synopsis of Episode 10 is out and it seems like there is much ruckus in the offing. Amid numerous accidents, doctors will have to work all night to save their colleagues and friends. Miranda Bailey (Chandra Wilson) will have to deal with the loss of her baby. Perhaps, the only saving grace is that her husband Ben Warren (Jason George) will make it.

The major focus will, however, be on the accident. The summary reads, "Following the car crash at Joe's Bar and subsequent rescue efforts led by the Station 19 firefighters, Grey Sloan doctors work through the night to save the lives of their colleagues. Meanwhile, Amelia worries about sharing her pregnancy revelation with Link. Owen and Teddy take a big step, and Bailey deals with grief over her recent loss."

Well, that's not all. If you clearly remember, Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) met Irish surgeon Dr Cormac Hayes (Richard Flood), and there was some chemistry between the two. Cristina Yang even went on to call him McWidow!

To refresh your memory a bit, there was another major point of intrigue when Jo Karev (Camilla Luddington) adopted a young baby without any discussion with her husband Alex Karev (Justin Chambers). Now that Chambers has suddenly announced his exit from the show, it might take a dramatic turn.

Once the show returns, it might also shed light on Amelia's (Caterina Scorsone) pregnancy and how things move forward with Link (Chris Carmack). Meanwhile, Owen (Kevin McKidd) and Teddy (Kim Raver) might also need to take a stance on where their relationship is headed.

The new episode airs on Thursday, January 23, on ABC.
