'Grey's Anatomy'-'Station 19' crossover might just stump you. From death, resignation, love triangles to the mystery of the real father, there was one too many shocks in the fall finale episode.

And as if the series of spine-chillers weren't enough, a car crashed into Joe’s Bar while Jackson, Ben, Chief Herrera, Levi, Nico, Helm, Casey and Blake were all there, setting the stage for the two-hour crossover episode, but only after a long winter break!

An apocalyptic teaser shows the devastating aftermath of the crash, as other doctors try to run against time to save the ones in the accident. As you wonder which cast member ends up losing their life, here's some news on who might survive the crash.

In an interview with ET, 'Station 19' star Jason George said, "It's not one of those shows that occasionally shows up... We show up, we pull you out of the fire, we pump your heart because you're lying on the street in a car accident, we throw you in the ambulance and we get you to Grey Sloan hospital."

The actor, who started with 'Grey's Anatomy' much before he jumped into 'Station 19', also ended up giving out a major spoiler and let his fans breathe a small sigh of relief. "The crossover has been fun," he said. "It's been there's a new level of sexy that's coming in and a new level of danger. The first [episode of 'Station 19'] is a crossover out the box where if you saw the winter finale of 'Grey's Anatomy', a car smashes through Joe's Bar. If you know Joe's Bar, it’s where everyone is sitting and drinking..."

Revealing the future of his character, he said, "I’m not going to say it but [Ben Warren] makes it out OK," and added, "So we got to use all the skills -- from doctors and firefighters to save everybody in the joint." At least, we're sure there is not another loss for Miranda Bailey in the pipeline after her miscarriage.

But it seems, not all will have a happy ending. When asked if the loss will double up after the tragic accident on the show, George said, "She's [Shonda Rhimes] breaking people's hearts. That's what she does!" Maybe, all hard-core 'Grey's Anatomy' fans should be prepared for a major heartache.
