'Giving Hope: The Ni’Cola Mitchell Story' on Lifetime: Release date and how to watch
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Lifetime has begun its spring release on March 4 and will continue till April 15. Many movies are a total of six movies lined up alongside 'Black Girl Missing' starring Garcelle Beauvais. Like 'Drunk, Driving and 17', 'Giving Hope: The Ni’Cola Mitchell Story' is based on actual events. It is a new addition to the spring slate.
The Lifetime movie traces the story of Ni’Cola Mitchell, the best-selling author and inspirational speaker. After experiencing sexual violence as a young girl, she founded an organization dedicated to saving girls from abuse and exploitation. Directed by Alpha Nicky Mulowa and written by Adam Rockoff, 'Giving Hope: The Ni’Cola Mitchell Story' stars Tatyana Ali in the lead role.
