Remember when Mike (Max Gail) decided to go on a mission to ruin Julian's (William deVry) life? He wanted to right some wrongs, and he didn't care who he was hurting along the way. He fiddled around with the gas lines at Charlie's Pub in a moment of rage. Well Mike's dreams come true, and Julian's go up in a cloud of smoke - Charlie's pub is ruined. The bar catches fire and he cannot do anything about it.
