Fox News' Jesse Watters claims Joe Biden delayed Israel's ground invasion to 'protect' his reelection

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: The Israel-Palestine conflict has escalated into a full-scale conflict, resulting in a tragic loss of life with casualties mounting daily due to ongoing bombings.

Speculations have arisen regarding potential US government involvement in facilitating Hamas, the militant group responsible for a surprise attack on Israel that triggered this war.

Fox News host Jesse Watters criticized President Biden for holding back Israel's response, implying that the President is prioritizing election considerations over the situation at hand.

Jesse Watters blames Hamas for Palestinian deaths

Watters further asserted that President Biden's request for Israel to permit the safe departure of Palestinians from Gaza before launching a ground invasion against Hamas appeared likely to yield little success.

"Biden has been pressuring Israel to delay their ground-defensive against Hamas. Biden is reportedly asking Netanyahu to pump the brakes until all Palestinian civilians have evacuated. Which is never going to happen since Hamas has ordered Palestinian civilians to stay put," Watters said.

He also added, "It's never going to happen since none of the Arab neighbors will take Palestinian refugees. President Biden won't even ask them to."

Watters also put the entire blame for Palestinian deaths on Hamas.

"Israel is being extremely restrained and sensitive to civilian casualties. If anybody is responsible for civilian casualties, it's Hamas, who started this war and uses the Palestinians as a human shield."

The Fox News anchor notably omitted any reference to the Israeli occupation of Palestine or the numerous casualties resulting from the recent cutoff of water and food supplies to civilians by Israel just a few days ago.

Jesse Watters slams Biden for not taking action in Israel-Gaza conflict

The host of the evening primetime show emphasized that Biden's stance on this conflict appears to be closely linked to the upcoming Presidential Election.

"Biden has supported Ukraine for 'as long as it takes' and he's already getting cold feet with Israel after a week. Biden doesn't want to touch this Mid-East war, especially in an election year. So, he's doing as little as possible and praying it doesn't blow off into a wider conflict," Watters said.

He also criticized the President for not making more proactive efforts to ensure the safety and protection of Americans stranded in the region.

"He's praying American hostages aren't executed but won't lift a finger to send in an American extraction team. He's praying voters won't notice he funded the regime that sponsored the terror."
