NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: In a recent address in Philadelphia, President Joe Biden acknowledged that while Israel will be supported by America in defending itself, it can't go without notice that innocent Palestinian civilians are facing a crisis like no other.

This reportedly led to the US asking Israel to create a safe passage for the Palestine residents before unleashing their ground invasion against Hamas.

Fox News host Judge Jeanine Pirro came in to share her take on America's shifted stance on the conflict as she expressed her disapproval of the delay caused by the 24-hour window provided to Gazans.

Jeanine Pirro calls Palestinians a "pawn" in the conflict

While on 'The Five', the judge slammed Biden's attempts to have Palestinians protected as a priority.

"[Biden] has the ability to say 'pump the brakes' and the 29 countries over there, most of them have taken out their citizens and Biden hasn't. But did the Israelis get a 24-hour notice? Did the Israelis have the opportunity to defend themselves and to move out?" Pirro questioned.

She also went on to claim that the safe passage provision would be of no help because of Hamas' manipulation tactics over Palestinians.

"The truth is, Hamas is telling them [Palestinians] not to move and no other Arab country is interested in taking the Palestinians," she added, "And the amazing part of it is that Hamas should have had them out Saturday night. After Hamas did the attack on Israel, they should have said, 'You know what, Israel is going to hit back. Let's take care of our people.' But this is the whole point! The Palestinians are nothing more than a pawn in the game that Hamas and Iran are playing."

Jeanine Pirro blames Palestinians for electing Hamas

The judge especially pointed out that Palestine was responsible for having leaders the kind of Hamas.

"Egypt ruled Gaza from 48 to 67. And then when Israel took Gaza over in 2005, they said to the Palestinians, 'You can have Gaza back' and they elected Hamas," Pirro said, "They elected Hamas in 2006 and 2007. Hamas was not interested in defending and taking care of these people nor do any of the Arab countries want them."

The Palestinian land was invaded by Israel back in 1967 and has been in a state of dispute with many Palestinians suffering the brunt of the conflict for decades.

Their last election, as mentioned by Pirro, was back in 2006, almost 17 years ago. The residents have had little to no control over their government or land and are now facing severe conditions worsened by the state of war.

Pirro also discussed why she thinks the day-long warning was a bad idea.

"What does this [delay] do? It's worse for the hostages. Hamas gets the benefit; it plays right into their hands. And we're in a situation that is almost no win now because the world is going to come in and say we're farther away from this."
