'Fear The Walking Dead' Season 6 Episode 5: Did Madison save Morgan? Fans wonder if 'this is the biggest twist'

'It is also worthy to note that Sherry is not the one that saved Morgan. She does not know who he is! Making it even more likely of it being Madison! #FearTWD,' a fan tweeted

At the end of Season 5, Morgan Jones (Lennie James) was left to die. Virginia (Colby Minifie) had shot him, and there were Walkers surrounding him. However, at the beginning of Season 6 – it has been around 6-8 weeks since the incident – Morgan stumbled around with a wound that was mysteriously stitched up by someone. As he tells Isaac, just as the Walkers closed in on him, he heard gunshots. He doesn't remember anything else as he had fallen unconscious after that. The question is, who saved him and wrote him a letter as well? Earlier, fans are divided on this, as many believe it is Dwight (Austin Amelio)'s wife Sherry (Christine Evangelista), or it could be Madison (Kim Dickens). The consensus landed on Sherry.

However, in the latest episode of 'Fear The Walking Dead', Sherry doesn't seem to know who Morgan is, thus eliminating her from the list of probable people who could have written the letter as well. Fans are a little disappointed but are now convinced that it could just be Madison.

"Sherry not knowing who Morgan seems to eliminate her from the list of people that could have saved him at Humbug’s Gulch. #FearTWD," a fan tweeted.

"Morgan with the nice save. It is also worthy to note that Sherry is not the one that saved Morgan. She does not know who he is! Making it even more likely of it being Madison! #FearTWD," another fan tweeted. "If Madison saved Morgan, it would be the biggest TWIST...and I'm here for it #FearTWD," another fan commented. "#FearTWD. If Sherry wasn’t the one who saved Morgan, then who did? It seems like he still doesn’t know," another wrote.

Fans also found it odd that both Sherry and Morgan were on 'The Walking Dead' together but had never met each other. "It’s crazy to think that Sherry and Morgan were on #TheWalkingDead at the same time during Season 6 & 7 yet never met and are just now meeting in Season 6 of #FearTWD," a fan wrote. "I know Sherry and Morgan never had scenes with each other or met on TWD, but it’s still cool seeing them together. #FearTWD," another tweeted.
