All's that well never ends well for 'The Walking Dead' couples. Dwight (Austin Amelio) and Sherry are separated, again. Their relationship in TWD has been tumultuous, to say the least, and they've witnessed terrible traumas together, mostly due to Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), in his good old baseball days.

In the latest episode of 'Fear The Walking Dead', the spinoff franchise, they finally reunite after what seems like an eternity, but separate as the ghosts of their past (namely Negan)  continue to haunt them, or rather Sherry, specifically. Sherry is not able to let go of the horrors inflicted on them by Negan at the Sanctuary and holds herself responsible.

She feels that she could have done more. And in that spirit, she tells Dwight to leave. Fans are understandably rather heartbroken because the two literally had two seconds of happiness. While many understand Sherry's trauma, others are furious with her. "Sherry ain’t sh*t. You mean to tell me all this time Dwight looking for her, she tells him to go? B***h please. #FearTWD," a fan tweeted.

"We had this cute reunion montage in episode 3 only for Sherry to tell Dwight to go leave?! My heart," another wrote. "Poor Dwight. He just wants Sherry and she keeps pushing him away #FearTWD," a fan wrote. " I can't believe we all invested that much in the Dwight/Sherry story, and this is how it ends. From Alexandria to Texas and everywhere in between, the love story ends with Sherry just being an a**hole. #FearTWD #FearTheWalkingDead," another angry fan wrote, cursing Sherry.

"Dwight is trying everything to keep Sherry safe! I don't like how Sherry treating Dwight  #feartwd," a fan wrote. "Don't do this Sherry. Killing Ginny is not gonna change what happened back at the sanctuary. She does need to die but not like this. #FearTWD," a fan pleaded.

'Fear the Walking Dead' Sherry actress Christine Evangelista talked with ComicBook.com about her return after leaving The Walking Dead years ago. "I think all the episodes are great," Evangelista said of Fear's sixth season. "I think that the writers, they are doing such a service to these characters, and I think the fans' response has been so awesome because we get to dive in really deep into each character's own experience. And you get to get really invested in what they're feeling, and I think that's what the fans want to see. These are such great characters."

'Fear The Walking Dead' airs on AMC on Sundays at 9 pm.
