Vivienne and Ryan Williams were thrilled after purchasing their dream home from a mysterious man named Josh in a beautiful California suburb.

However, their joy quickly turns into a nightmare as Josh, still strangely attached to the house, unexpectedly reappears after their move-in, offering to assist in renovating specific areas of the home.

They found themselves increasingly unsettled by Josh’s persistent presence, as his offers to help gradually transformed into unwanted intrusions. Vivienne and Ryan’s dream of a peaceful life in their new home is shattered as they realize they are not alone.

The official synopsis similarly reads, "Vivienne and Ryan Williams couldn’t be happier after buying their dream home from a mysterious man named Josh in a beautiful California suburb. Their newfound paradise soon turns into a living nightmare as Josh, still strangely attached to the house, suddenly appears after they move in to help fix up certain parts of the home."
