Finally, it's time for a good ole' Meg-focused episode! After Peter and Lois skimping around Cutaway Land, Peter almost killing a family of rodents, Stewie almost killing his brother Chris, and Peter being certain he's the Godfather, it's time for some Meg-based shenanigans and we find her resorting to one of her iconic finest - getting almost married. But why is Meg getting married? Could this be a repeat of 2017 all over again?

The official synopsis for 'Meg's Wedding' - the sixth episode of Season 19 reads: "Meg plans her wedding to an unexpected Quahog resident; Peter’s arms are torn off, and he is left with tiny hands that have yet to grow back." This brings back some memories, but mostly those of the last time Meg had decided to get married on the show, all because she thought she was pregnant. The moment her family found out, Peter took Meg to her ex's house and confronted him with a shotgun. The guy, Michael, immediately apologized for breaking up with her and asked Meg's hand in marriage, following which big wedding plans ensued, along with Peter offering Meg a bachelorette party dance dressed as a male stripper.

The wedding however did not go as planned, as Meg, dressed in her white dress and staring at the dresser admits to Lois she can't get married because she's not pregnant. Meg reveals she got her period and Lois advises her to be honest with Michael who's waiting for her at the altar. The wedding falls apart and Meg stays unmarried, could it be possible that Meg is pulling the same stunt again? The synopsis doesn't reveal who the man Meg is planning her wedding with, but let's hope it's not Quagmire and definitely not because of another false pregnancy alarm.

That Peter's arms get torn off in this upcoming episode also brings back memories of Peter's attitude upon finding out about Meg's pregnancy. The last time she thought she was pregnant, Peter had just 'wanted to talk' with Michael and carried a shotgun, ready to blow his face up. This time would be nothing different, especially if it's Quagmire, who to be honest, has been more than just sleazy around his best friend's daughter.

'Family Guy' Season 19 airs on Sundays at 9:30 pm only on Fox.
