'Extreme Love' Season 2: Pickup artist says he and girlfriend had threesomes with over 100 women, viewers not convinced

When 'Extreme Love' Season 2 aired on Friday night, we were introduced to three couples whose sex lives and relationships were not what one would call normal.
Elan and Kat from Miami, Florida, who met on a dating site two years ago, have no regrets when it comes to their relationship.
Elan who claims to be a professional pickup artist revealed he has had a fetish of sleeping with two women for over eight years and has never gone out with anyone who was against that.
Kat, his girlfriend of two years, is bisexual. The couple revealed that for the two years they have been together, they have had over 100 partners and that they hookup only together and only with women.
Prior to this relationship, Elan was in a monogamous marriage.
He said that he has two ways he picks up women: the direct and indirect approach. The direct approach is when he would walk up to them, shower the women with compliments and ask them if they are interested, and then introduces them to his girlfriend.
The indirect approach is when he would walk up to a group, chat with them, and then find the most suitable one claiming that his girlfriend found them attractive, when she walks up and takes over from there.
Basically, both his ways just include him introducing them to his girlfriend and her doing the rest of the work.
The episode shows how, when Elan walks up to women, they mostly turned him down, and a few agreed only after they saw his girlfriend. He also had another couple named Erica and Tyler who went to them for help on how to pick up women.
Elan and Kat are still in a relationship, and continue to sleep around with women they picked up, and claim to have around a 90% success rate at doing so.
Taking to Twitter after the episode aired, fans affirm that, though Elan claims to be the professional, it is his girlfriend who does the work.
"Let’s be clear... Elan does not pick up girls. His girlfriend picks up girls," shared a fan. While another wrote, "Elan’s skill at picking up women IS his girlfriend."
"Sorry, Elan, but I think your girlfriend is the reason they're coming home with you. #extremelove," shared a fan. Adding to that another wrote, "Elan is a professional whore. And so is his girlfriend. Next!"
