'Dragnificent!': Drag Queens hint Corrine needs a prenup after her fiancé Javi proposes with a $7 ring
The season premiere of 'Dragnificent' took viewers on a ride through the ups and downs of Corrine, a wrestler who had always found it hard to feel feminine. Corrine revealed she has always struggled with her confidence and even though she enters the ring without fear, it is not the same when it comes to her real life.
The latest episode (April 19) had the drag queens, Alexis Michelle, Thorgy Thor, BeBe Zahara Benet, and Jujubee take on the big task of making Corrine feel like the queen she is. However, the first thing on her list was to give her a proposal that she deserved.
After meeting Corrine, it was important for the drag queens to get the inside scoop of her life with her fiance, Javi. The queens decided to head home and meet the couple. Javi admitted that his proposal was not the way he had intended.
He revealed they met while wrestling and it was the start of their relationship. While they looked madly in love, the queens were not happy with how Corrine was proposed. Javi revealed he had booked a cabin in the woods to propose the love of his life.
He further revealed how the special day had turned into a tragedy. Javi pointed out that his dream proposal had turned out to be a disaster when he found out that his phone and wallet were stolen once they reached the location. To make things worse, the wedding ring that he had ordered was not going to be delivered on time.
He decided to buy a ring that was on sale to make the proposal but bad things followed as Corrine happened to find the receipt that showed the ring was on sale and was just $7. The queens were disappointed and surprised how a proposal could go so bad.
Talking among themselves, they hinted there was a need for Corrine to get a prenup. While everyone agreed, they knew the proposal had to be fixed. They managed to throw a surprise for Corrine and she finally got the proposal that she deserved.
'Dragnificent' airs on Mondays at 10 pm ET on TLC.
