Dr Sabdra Lee is keeping herself busy in quarantine by meeting her patients via virtual chat. In the October 21 episode, she met Dexter who had come to the show with his "little angry man". Dexter had a huge lump growing on the side of his face and he decided to name it "little angry man" because he had been by his side for a long time.

Dexter admitted it had been hard to walk around with the growth as it had affected his self-confidence. At the same time, Dexter revealed it was hard for him to sleep on his side because the growth would make it uncomfortable. His wife, Tanisha, told Dr Lee that Dexter had been an outgoing and happy person.

However, things changed ever since he got the growth, and when it started growing in size. Dexter reveals he is often wearing a hoodie to hide the growth from the public, but that has not helped him get comfortable. He revealed it has been a little over three years and added that the growth was noticed after he was punched.

At first, Dexter thought he was sick, but when he started noticing the growth becoming larger, he knew something was wrong. Dexter added that he has met seven to eight doctors who told him that it was benign in nature and there was nothing to worry about. He admitted the growth tends to get tense when he is angry.

Tanisha revealed that Dexter lost his job due to the growth and that led them to him getting depressed as the family became homeless. Dexter admitted he just wanted to lead a normal life where he can hang out with his friends and go out in the public without any shame.

Dr Lee confessed that she was confused as to what it was. She joked that it could be a ball of hair inside it. She also told Dexter that it might be out of her range to treat it because of all the important nerves that were there in the area. Despite this, she gave him hope by stating that she would look into his case and see what can be done.

'Dr. Pimple Popper' airs on Thursdays at 10 pm ET on TLC.
