'Dr Pimple Popper': Sandra Lee removes 'fluffy' lipoma from a patient's back, says it looks like chicken cutlet
Dr Sandra Lee has never failed to shock the fans when it comes to popping a pimple or removing a big lipoma. Dr Pimple Popper has managed to attract a lot of viewers for her work and a massive fan following on social media. While no new season of the show is going on at the moment, Lee makes sure that she gives her fans something to stay hooked on to.
Taking to her Instagram and YouTube channel, Lee shared the latest video which showed a man having a large lipoma on his back. Calling it 'A Fluffy Pancake Lipoma', Lee captioned the video as, "This pop has us looking forward towards the weekend and a BIG Breakfast! Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes Anyone???"
The video shows the patient lying down calmly as Lee uses a pair of surgical scissors to cut open the large lipoma. The patient, whose name is unknown, can be heard saying that he had the big lump on his back for nearly five years. He further adds that the lump is quite visible to people and sometimes people do notice it. However, the one thing that bothered him was how the lump made him uncomfortable. Lee assured him that after the surgery he would be feeling better. As she cut open the lump, she made sure to separate the lipoma from the muscle to make sure it is easier to pull out. As she spent some time creating the space for the lump to be taken out, Lee made sure she engaged in a conversation with her patient to keep his mind busy.
For those who have followed the show, it will not come as a surprise to them that Lee is good at multitasking. While she often puts her concentration into popping a cyst or removing a lipoma, she also makes sure that her patients are at ease. She managed to remove the lipoma and thought it also looked like "chicken cutlet". As she continued to stitch the surgical cut, Lee asked the patient to teach her some sassy words in Japanese after he informed her that he had been learning the language. As their conversation came to an end, Lee was done stitching the cut and the patient was happy to say goodbye to the lump.
While no new season of the show has been going on, TLC has been broadcasting some of the best episodes from the show. You can watch the show on Thursdays at 9 pm ET on TLC.
