Plot
Karen and Deon had always wanted to have a big family and they were blessed with it as she welcomed eleven children and are expecting triplets. In the show, Karen and Deon will show an unfiltered look into their house as they try to bring up their children with a modern touch. The season premiere shows Karen is 24 weeks pregnant with the triplets and has the family prepares for the arrival, their world turns upside down when they find out she will have to spend the remaining of her pregnancy in the hospital.
Pressure lands on Deon to take care of 11 children at home. Nothing goes according to the plan as the family receives surprise after surprise that they had not been anticipating. As the family welcomes triplets, Karen and Deon also have to make sure that they are there for all their children, ages 2-14 years old. The pair has the responsibility of making sure that every child of theirs feels loved and gets the attention that they need. With eleven children and three newborns, can Karen and Deon handle it all?

Meanwhile, Deon admitted that have four sets of multiples back to back seems like "being struck by lightning and then getting struck by lightning again". Despite the ups and downs, the family has always come together. Through the show, viewers will get a chance to be a part of their journey.
