SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH: Mary Cosby, a star of 'The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' Season 4, is facing troubles due to her son Robert Jr's legal issues. Following his arrest for driving under the influence in March 2022, Robert now risks jail time after missing a court hearing.
According to The US Sun, the court issued a warrant against Robert on November 21 for his arrest. Robert was supposed to appear in court on November 20 for his DUI case but he failed to do so.
According to the outlet, the judge has ordered "any Peace Officer in the State of Utah" to "arrest and deliver the defendant to the Salt Lake County Jail."
After his arrest, Robert had to appear in court on the next available court date.

Mary Cosby's son Robert Jr was caught throwing beer cans into a dumpster behind a local Best Buy in 2022. While Robert claimed that 'he had not been drinking', he confessed he has recently in the past taken some oxycontin, Xanax, and smoked marijuana.
After Robert pleaded guilty, he was placed under probation for 12 months. Meanwhile, the judge ordered a plea deal of 30 days of home confinement instead of 10 days of jail time.
During his 30 days of house arrest, Robert could only leave home 'for treatment, work, and [random urine testing]'. During his probation term, Robert was restricted from consuming alcohol, non-prescribed controlled substances, and over-the-counter medicine.

Mary Cosby's son Robert Cosby Jr and his wife Alexiana allegedly flaunted using drugs on their social media. In a now-deleted post, captured by Starcasm, Robert and Alexiana shared a series of photos with what appears to be marijuana, prescription codeine syrup and pills.
According to the outlet, Robert's Instagram account was "full of dozens and dozens of photos and videos in which he can be seen with prescription bottles for codeine and promethazine hydrochloride cough syrup and/or bottles and cups of a 'purple drink' being mixed with Sprite and other clear sodas."

Mary Cosby's son Robert Jr was secretly married to his longtime girlfriend Alexiana. However, Mary left shocked when Robert revealed his marriage.
In an episode of 'RHOSLC' Season 4, Mary confronted Robert about his 'marital status' after hearing rumors about his relationship. Mary asked, "Why am I hearing rumors that you’re married? So if I’m hearing it from people, I want to hear it from you."
Robert grew a sly smile on his face as she demanded to know if the rumors were true. He initially denied the rumors but revealed the truth after Mary continued to prod him for answers.
He confessed, "I mean, kinda, yeah." He added, "Like I went to the courthouse."
