FX has been dishing out some of the most innovative and unique storylines and its latest presentation, ‘Devs’, seems to have topped them all. The sci-fi thriller borders on a thin line between horror and mystery, with a whole deal of scientific concepts to understand. It’s dark and convoluted, to an extent where one could easily lose the grip on themselves and wonder what exactly is happening.

But this has not stopped people from geeking out and getting excited about this all-new series. Fans on Twitter are still trying to wrap their heads around the plot, the characters, and what could come in the future.

A fan called it, “@Devs_FXonHulu is weird, trippy, and fucking pretty cool. Watch it!! #Devs #FXonHulu”

Despite not fully understanding the underlying mysteries, they are all over the show and continue to look forward to the upcoming episodes. Here’s one such fan who says, “#Devs It is exactly what I expected, a mysterious series in which I have no idea what is happening and that excites me, we will see how it continues as it progresses and continues to surprise me.”

Comments like “@WobblyWhovian This show is blowing my mind #Devs” or "I am beyond confused about what is going on #Devs” seems to be just the start of a mind-bending, brain-wrecking experience that this fiction series promises ahead.

But what happens when a story causes you trauma? Could it still excite you? Looks like ‘Devs’ is going to be a show that could evoke such dichotomy of emotions. “It's so good and traumatizing.. omg. #Devs #FXonHulu”, says a fan.

Or, just as one particular fan comments on being overwhelmed by such paradox. He says, “Did anyone else watch #Devs at 4 am and then become completely flummoxed emotionally since? I mean, WHOA.”

“Batshit crazy. Bonkers. The score & music are amazing. Weird. I. AM. IN. The best fix we're gonna get after Mr robot and Legion. #Devs,” adds another.

We are yet to see what more the show has in store for us and if it will continue to play with our psyche as it has already done in the first two episodes.

‘Devs’ pilot episode is now available on FX on Hulu and the next episodes will drop weekly, every Thursday 12AM.
