'Daredevil' season 3 casts Peter Haplin as Foggy's younger brother, Theo Nelson
Actor Peter Halpin will be introduced in the coming episodes of the season and he will be playing the role of Foggy's younger brother, Theo Nelson.
Just a day before the new season of 'Daredevil' premieres on Netflix, Marvel TV revealed the joining of a new actor joining the cast.
The Nelson family is all set to get bigger, as according to Deadline, actor Peter Halpin will be introduced in the coming episodes of the season. He will be playing the role of Foggy's (Elden Henson) younger brother, Theo Nelson.
Theo's character is a brand new addition to the Daredevil mythology, he has not appeared in Marvel Comics previously. The comics have published the hero's adventures since 1964 and Theo's character has not been mentioned even once, he was not mentioned even in the 2003 feature film 'Daredevil'.
Theo's character is also much like Foggy. Friendly and loveable although he is less career-driven than his elder brother. He has worked with his parents at their local business 'Hell’s Kitchen Butcher Shop' his entire life and has his career focused there only.

The Irish actor also played Malachy McCourt, the brother of the author in the New York tale which was directed by Alan Parker. He has also played a role in Neil Jordan's 'Breakfast on Pluto' and 'Lenny Abrahamson's Garage'. Some of his other notable work includes, 'Rough Diamond' 'In-World War', 'The Treatment' and 'I Like What You Like'.
'Daredevil' season 3 premieres on Netflix on October 19 Friday.
