Skai Jackson and her partner, Alan Bersten, had to bid goodbye to the show as they became one of the two couples to get eliminated this week. The latest episode (November 16) saw double elimination and along with Skai, Johnny Weir was eliminated. Skai had faced a lot of ups and downs on the show for her performance.

However, she managed to redeem herself in the semi-final. The latest episode gave the cast members a chance to redeem themselves in the redemption round. The judges chose a dance form for them that they had failed to perform well earlier. For Skai, Bruno Tonioli chose cha-cha-cha in the hope that she could learn from her mistakes. Undoubtedly, she managed to impress the judges with her performance as they applauded every move of hers. As the semi-final continued, the cast members had to deliver another performance. This time, Skai chose to perform a Viennese waltz. Skai looked confident and ready to take on the world with her performance.

She admitted the dance was close to her as she had felt lonely while growing up since she never had friends who would stay for long. Skai admitted being busy with her career also affected her personal life. Bringing the same emotions to her dance, she managed to wow the judges. The judges were all impressed with the level of passion she brought to the dance floor. Her strong performance got her a perfect score as all the judges gave her a 10. Unfortunately, it was not enough to save her from elimination. She was in the bottom two along with Justina Machado.

The judges decided to save Justina as she had been performing better than Skai. Fans were upset that Skai was eliminated and could not go into the finals. "Skai joins the list of black queens ROBBED on this show!" read one comment. "They Set Skai Up To Fail From The Beginning," read another.

"#DWTS this shows is most definitely a popularity contest and not how well you ACTUALLY dance! there's is no way Skai and johnny should be going home!" said another. "Really really mad they picked Nelly over Skai and Johnny. They are both beautiful dancers and Nelly is stiff as a stick. The man cannot dance to save his life. So unfair," wrote another.

'Dancing With The Stars' airs on Mondays at 8 pm ET on ABC.
