'Dancing With The Stars' started with a bang as some of America's favorites came to the show. Among them, Selling Sunset's Chrishell Stause made her appearance. Chrishell managed to impress the fans with her real estate skills on the show. However, when it came to dancing, she did not seem to do a good job, according to the judges.

Chrishell was paired with Gleb Savchenko. Gleb has previously appeared on the UK and Russian version of the show and the stage is no stranger to him. During her introductory video, Chrishell made it clear that she is not good at dancing. Hinting that her life revolved around selling houses, Chrishell stated that she had a lot to learn when it comes to dancing. However, she was ready to put all the effort to make sure that she gets the steps right. For her season premiere performance, Chrishell and Gleb chose Tango as the style. While she managed to complete the dance without forgetting any steps, the judges were not impressed with her performance.

Carrie Ann Inaba thought that Chrishell had a lot to work on. Pointing out that her body was stiff, Carrie Ann hinted that one thing Chrishell will have to work on will be her posture. Derek Hough, who returned for another season of the show had similar views. Derek was not happy with how Chrishell danced on the dance floor. Bruno asked Chrishell to work on her dancing and practice getting the posture right. Finally, it was time to get the scores, Carrie Ann gave the pair a four, Derek gave a give, and Bruno gave them a 4. It made Chrishell have a total score of 13. Fans were disappointed with the score and thought that the judges were harsh to her.

"Okay Chrishell deserved better scores than what she got she did so well plus it was the first dance of the season," read one comment. "I'd like to lodge an objection over the judges' wayyyy harsh scores for Chrishell. (Unless they're planning to dole out negative numbers later in the episode.)" read another comment. "@tyrabanks is right about one thing...there is some shade going on #DWTS @Chrishell7 did not deserve the #13," said another. "okay. I’m pissed. a 13? seriously? Gleb was the best one so far LEGIT," noted another.
