'Dancing With The Stars': Nev's chest hair overshadows his performance of 'Dynamite', but fans are loving it

Nev Schulman and Jenna Johnson performed the cha-cha-cha for their second performance

Nev Schulman surprised everyone when he stepped on the dance floor. The 'Catfish' host brought out the dancer in him in the latest episode (September 22) of the show. The theme for tonight's episode had been 'Disney Night', and there is no doubt he and his partner, Jenna Johnson  did a good job in bringing that to life. 

The pair performed on the hit BTS song 'Dynamite'. The style that the couple chose was cha-cha-cha. As soon as the song started, Nev got into his character and did not leave a chance to show off his moves or his chest hair. While the performance blew the judges away, Nev's chest hair also stole the show. 

Host, Tyra Banks did not hesitate to comment on his chest hair as she was quick to add that social distancing is stopping her from coming and feeling his chest hair. While Tyra joked about the hair, the judges gave him a good feedback for his performance. Derek Hough was surprised to see Nev perform so well. 

He admitted it was a solid performance and applauded Nev for doing a good job in the second week. Bruno Tonioli also echoed similar thoughts. He asked Nev to keep on going and advised him to pay some attention to his foot. Carrie Ann Inaba also loved the performance and thought Nev did a good job. 

All three of the judges gave him 7 making it a total score of 21 out of 30. Nev was happy to have scored so well and was looking forward to improving himself. Fans were quick to take it to Twitter and admitted they were shocked to see Nev perform so well. "Nev is killing it. Im impressed!!!" read one comment. 

Another added, "My best surprise of 2020 thus far is Nev Schuman being an amazing, vivacious dancer...with incredible arms ?!?!" "Nev is my fave so far on #DWTS and also rivals my amount of chest hair. sidenote: #Dynamite by @BTS_twt which he danced to is kinda my jam right now," wrote another user. 

"All that chest hair lol(soft place to sleep on, hehee), #DWTS #Nev&Jenna," tweeted another viewer commenting on his chest hair. "@NevSchulman and Nev’s chest hair was the perfect way to start the night," said another. 

'Dancing With The Stars' airs on Mondays at 8 pm ET on ABC.
