'Dancing With The Stars' Season 28: Fans slam judges for being 'rude' to Sean Spicer while judging his jazz routine

Spicer tried his best with the Jazz routine but unfortunately, it did not change anything for him. The judges were left disappointed with his performance and decided to give him the harsh truth.

Sean Spicer has been standing on the edge of his 'Dancing With The Stars' boat ever since the show aired and it seems like there is always someone saving him. However, it looks like the judges have had enough of Spicer on the show as their comments regarding his performance made it loud and clear that they were surprised Spicer was still on the show.

Trying his luck to please the audience and the judges, Spicer performed a Jazz routine with his new partner, Jenna Johnson as his usual partner, Lindsay Arnold decided to take a break from the show after her mother-in-law had passed away.

Spicer tried his best with the Jazz routine but unfortunately, it did not change anything for him. The judges were left disappointed with his performance and decided to give him the harsh truth.

Len Goodman did not hold back in admitting that he wanted Spicer out of the show as he stated, "We keep throwing you out of the boat, and the viewers keep throwing you a life preserver." He even took a dig at Spicer by stating that mermaid had better feet than him. However, towards the end, he appreciated Spicer for his efforts.

Bruno Tonioli was no less scathing as he added that Spicer doesn’t "have many jazz bones in your body" and "Dory in ‘Finding Nemo’ has a better sense of direction.” On the other hand, Carrie Ann Inaba stated that she felt like she was seeing Spicer perform the same dance routine over and over again.

However, she added that she felt it was good to see him with a different partner.  Tonioli gave the pair a 6 while Inaba and Goodman gave him a 7. He got a total score of 20 out of 30. While the judges had some harsh words for Spicer's performance, some fans came out in his support as they called out the judges for their comments.

"Breaks my heart that the judges openly admit they’ve tried to “throw him out the boat”. I’m glad he’s still around!!! I love seeing his progress @seanspicer Get em Spicey!!!!!" wrote one fan. Another added, "My goodness except for carrieann the other two were so rude I get he isn't the best dancer but dam so harsh !!"

Another user echoed similar thoughts as the comment read, "I wish the judges were not so rude in their comments. He is not a dancer and is doing a great job trying his best. Keep it up @seanspicer. We are cheering you on."

Meanwhile, many others supported Spicer and his performance as one comment read, "That was his best dance. Great energy and attitude. It’s enjoyable to watch." Another chimed in stating, "I’m sick of Len and Bruno. They think they are funny and they are not! They are rude!!! I think @seanspicer was wonderful. Good job! When people stop watching the show, it’s not the contestants, it’s the rudeness."
