'Dancing With The Stars' Season 28: Judges slammed for underscoring Hannah Brown and Alan Bersten's impressive Halloween night performance

Hannah Brown and Alan Bersten brought Halloween and prom to the dance floor and while the audience loved the performance, the judges thought otherwise.

Hannah Brown and Alan Bersten got all eights last week, so she hoped to do better this week. With the theme of the week being "Halloween Night", Hannah and Alan decided to turn things around and added prom night feels to their dance.

However, this prom queen was a bit different as she was the Halloween queen tonight. Wearing the sash which read "living dead", Hannah looked her part as she turned up in a black and gray dress.

The duo chose to perform on “Bad Girls” by Donna Summer. The dance routine allowed them to bring a different idea into the stage as they mixed the concept of prom with dark elements of Halloween. While the two impressed the audience with their flips and twirls, the judges were divided in their opinions about the dance.

Len Goodman thought that it was a terrific performance. Bruno Tonioli thought that the performance looked like they were watching a theatrical show. However, when it came to the dance portion of the performance, he was not impressed. He thought that it could be much better.

Meanwhile, Carrie Ann Inaba thought that Hannah was not into the dance she was performing. She thought that the performance could impress people if there was more of Hannah in it. The pair received an 8 from Carrie Ann and Bruno while a 9 from Len.

This made their score of 25 out of 30, which was among the lowest that any contestant had received so far. However, the audience was not impressed with the judges' scores. "The judges are tougher on Hannah than they are the other dancers. She is doing flips and more and still gets an eight. Maybe they need to step up the music more. Keep going, Hannah!" one fan remarked.

Another added, "Such a great dance! Underscored for another week." Meanwhile, some stated that they would be disappointed if Hannah was the one to leave the show tonight. "Hannah gets eliminated I’ m done with this show. What is she supposed to do! I cannot believe this the show judging is just set against her."
