'Dancing With The Stars': Tyra Banks gets slammed for 'interrogating' AJ McLean after his Aladdin performance
AJ McLean has always impressed the viewers with his performance along with his band 'Backstreet Boys', but he shocked everyone when he first started dancing. Coming out on the stage like an underdog, AJ showed everyone that he is no less than a professional dancer. In the latest episode (September 28), AJ chose to be Aladdin for the Disney theme.
AJ was excited to become Aladdin as he has been a huge Disney fan. Having two daughters who love Disney, AJ knew that it was going to be a special moment for him as his daughters would see him become a prince on the show. At the same time, being a huge Disney fan himself, AJ confessed he was excited to get on the stage.
Undoubtedly, when the performance started, he brought the best moves on the stage. The judges were quick to comment on it. Carrie Ann Inaba revealed she was happy to see how AJ often put his own spin on the dance. However, she asked him to be careful with his elbow. Derek Hough also liked the performance and admitted AJ always brought a smile on his face with his performance.
Bruno Tonioli was also impressed with the performance and praised AJ for his dance moves. The judges gave him a 7, giving him a total score of 21. Once the judges were done with their comments, Tyra Banks decided to ask him some questions. Tyra asked AJ about his wife and children and questioned if he had any messages for them.

She also asked AJ what would he wish to have if he had a genie with him. Fans were not happy with her questions as some thought she was asking way too many questions. "Did anyone else think Tyra interrogating AJ was a bit much?" wrote one user. "When she was like what do you love about your wife I was like “ooookay," replied one.
