Former Warner Bros. TV group's head of business and president of the studio’s digital networks wing Craig Hunegs will assume the role of president at Disney Television Studios (DTV Studios), after the close of the 21st Century Fox, Inc. acquisition, Disney announced on Tuesday.

Hunegs will report to Dana Walden, who, upon close of the 21st Century Fox, Inc. acquisition, will assume the role of chairman of Disney Television Studios and ABC Entertainment.

He exited the network in December 2018, six months after AT&T completed its acquisition of Warner Bros.’ parent company Time Warner, now known as WarnerMedia.
