Couple of the season: 'Love Island USA' islander Connor Newsum declares his commitment to JaNa Craig
MAMANUCA ISLANDS, FIJI: 'Love Island USA' Season 6 islander Connor Newsum appeared to show his love and commitment to his current romance with JaNa Craig. During the episode, the new bombshell Andrea pulled out Connor for a chat to see if they could be a perfect match.
Connor claimed that he had no type in women and added, "It sounds corny." However, he later joked that he gets along with 'bad b*****s'. JaNa was also there and feeling jealous and tried to hear their conversation. Andrea then shared her current experience in the villa and how she was exploring connections with both Rob and Aaron.
Andrea then asked Connor about his connection with JaNa. Connor shared, "JaNa and I are really good." He made it clear that he was in the villa for JaNa only and claimed, "It would probably take a lot for me to switch up." He also declared that his and JaNa's connections are going really strong.
JaNa Craig chooses Connor Newsum over Coye Simmons
'Love Island USA' Season 6 islander JaNa Craig was coupled up with Coye Simmons during the premiere episodes of the Peacock show. However, Coye's commitment and communication issues disappointed JaNa and she decided to eliminate Coye.
She claimed that Coye was not putting enough effort into their relationship and also had quite a negative reaction when he found out about the islander's body count. However, during the recoupling ceremony, JaNa announced that she would couple up with Connor Newsum instead, and claimed that he had all the qualities that she needed in her partner. Connor also announced that he was willing to work on his connection.
'Love Island USA' star Kaylor Martin kisses Connor Newsum
'Love Island USA' Season 6 star Connor Newsum's closeness to Kaylor Martin appeared to sabotage her connection with Aaron Evans. Connor appeared in the villa as the bombshell and explored connections with all the female islanders including, Kaylor.
Connor admitted that he was attracted to Kaylor before coupling up with JaNa Craig. However, after the recoupling, Kaylor chose Connor for the kiss in a steamy challenge which left Aaron furious and heartbroken. He felt betrayed and broke down in tears over the kiss. He also decided to explore the experience with the upcoming bombshells jeopardizing his connection.
