Sexual assault allegations against Chris Noth might result in an uncertain future for 'Sex And the City' revival show 'And Just Like That'. Talks for the second season were well underway but now all such conversations have stopped because of the controversy.

Right after one week of airing the HBO Max show, two women using the incognito 'Zoe and Lily', accused Chris Noth of assaulting them over the years, with their testimonies corroborated by friends. 'Zoe' stated that the actor assaulted her back in 2004 when she was just 22 years old. She claimed that after meeting Chris Noth at a high-profile entertainment firm located in Los Angeles, things began with flirty voicemails and ended in rape.

Another accuser 'Lily' had also claimed that she met the 'Law & Order' star in 2015 when the accuser was working as a server in the VIP section of a New York nightclub. She was then 25 years old when Chris Noth, then 60, asked her for dinner. The accuser has claimed that despite being married, things at his place got physical back just after a few drinks. After these allegations surfaced over media, actress Zoe Lister-Jones also accused Noth of inappropriate behavior.

The actress claimed by stating that he made weird gestures at her after getting drunk on set and also said that she was aware of an instance where Noth was consistently sexually inappropriate with a fellow female promoter at a nightclub that was owned by the actor himself. The actress called him a 'sexual predator'. Noth has been denying all the allegations against him and said, "the accusation against me made by individuals I met years, even decades, ago are categorically false."

The sexual assault allegations against Noth that have stopped all the conversations for the second season of 'And Just Like That' have garnered a lot of reactions on social media. People are coming up to speak and share their opinion on the ongoing matter.

A tweet read, "Well I just read an article saying SJP is done and there likely won't be a season 2. Due to the accusations made against Chris Noth. Um his character is deceased so why not do another season I'm confused. #AndJustLikeThat." Another woman tweeted saying, "I really hope that the second season of #andjustlikethat hasn’t been shelved because of the Chris Noth stuff. That would suck. Five more episodes isn’t enough to wrap up the show."

Another tweet read, "Just read that talks of season 2 of #andjustlikethat have ended, and they’re blaming the Chris Noth accusations. Sarcasm—>yep, that’s why." "Please don’t let Chris Noth spoil a second season of #andjustlikethat," added another one.
