When does CBS show release, and where can you watch it?

'New Year's Eve Live Nashville's Big Bash' will air live from Music City, Friday, December 31, 2021 from 8 pm to 11 pm ET/PT and from 11.30 pm to 1.30 am ET/PT on the CBS Television Network and will be available to stream live and on-demand on Paramount+.

Who are the hosts?

Radio and TV personality Bobby Bones will be hosting the 'NewYear's Eve Live Nashville's Big Bash' alongside Entertainment Tonight's Rachel Smith.

Bobby Bones is a radio and television personality known for hosting 'The Bobby Bones Show' and being a mentor on 'American Idol'. Bones is all set to host the NewYear's Eve extravaganza on CBS. "I'm so excited to celebrate and host NewYear's Eve this year right down the street from my house, with so many of my friends who have great performances planned," said Bones in a press release by CBS. "I can't wait to show America how special Nashville is", he added.

Rachel Smith



 

Rachel Renee Smith is an actress, TV host, model and beauty pageant title holder. She is also the New York correspondent for ET. "I am over the moon to co-host NEW YEAR'S EVE LIVE from Nashville," said Smith in the press statement released by CBS. "I get to hang with the hottest acts in country music, some I'm lucky enough to call friends, on New Year's Eve in my hometown! Sign me up" she said.

Who will be performing?

'New Year's Eve Live Nashville's Big Bash' features some of the biggest names in country music. Here's a look at the impressive lineup of artists, set to perform live. 

Jason Aldean, Jimmie Allen, Kelsea Ballerini, Gabby Barrett, Dierks Bentley, Brooks & Dunn, Luke Bryan, Elle King, Miranda Lambert, Darius Rucker, Blake Shelton, Cole Swindell, Zac Brown Band, Lady A, Ingrid Andress, BRELAND, King Calaway, Riley Green, Sam Hunt, Chris Janson, Jon Pardi, Carly Pearce and Lainey Wilson.



 

As per the CBS press release, the five-hour broadcast will feature "more than 50 back-to-back performances and cross multiple time zones, live from the destination home of country music. Nashville will count down with the East Coast at midnight and keep the party going through midnight Central Time with the city's renowned Music Note Drop®."
