BTOB’s Peniel has a gift for fans on Valentine’s Day and the anticipation for the romantic single ‘Valentine’ is at an all-time high with the release date coming soon. The South Korean-American K-pop star has teased the release of the single through BTOB’s official Instagram page but giving very little details to keep the curiosity brewing.

Peniel, known for his iconic rapping and vocal skills, debuted with K-pop group BTOB of Cube Entertainment in 2012. Prior to his debut, Peniel was a trainee of JYP Entertainment. Along with his K-pop career, Peniel is the most passionate about photography; The ‘Flip’ crooner coined the word ‘Penograpy’ to showcase his photographs to the world, and to date, he has held numerous photography events to share his art with fans.

In 2020, Peniel became a part of the BTOB subunit BTOB 4U that included Peniel, Eunkwang, Minhyuk, and Changsub. The sub-unit released their first mini-album 'Inside' and title track 'Show Your Love'. Last February, the singer got together with his bandmate Yook Sung-jae for the song 'Hypnotized'.

Release Date

Peniel’s ‘Valentine’ will be released on February 14.

According to media reports, the romantic single ‘Valentine’ will have a touching story of two friends becoming lovers. The song was once revealed through Soundcloud and Peniel teased the song through his solo stage earlier in BTOB 4U's first virtual concert titled 'INSIDE'.
