Erin, Whitney and Carlin Bates juggling between work and handling their newborn babies. However, when it comes to working, they make sure that their best foot is kept forward. The latest episode (July 30) saw the trio meeting once again to discuss their plans for The Bates Sisters Boutique.

Close to celebrating their first anniversary, the sisters knew it was time to revamp their strategy for the brand. Carlin, who recently gave birth, found it a bit hard to move between her personal and professional life. However, she soon managed to pick up all the pieces and gain control of her life.

Erin thought it would be best to push for the idea of "beyond our beauty". The girls wanted this hashtag to become synonymous with their brand image. Erin quickly explained that beauty was not limited to looks and what mattered was beyond beauty. Trying to popularize that idea, the girls thought it would be a good decision to rebrand the entire clothing line revolving around the hashtag.

To market their idea, Erin suggested they could send a T-shirt to people with this 'Beyond Our Beauty' printed on them. Whitney and Carlin admitted that it would be a good way for people to learn more about their brand. The girls admitted that they wanted the brand to be more than just a clothing line.

With the help of their brand, the Bates sisters wanted to create a platform to help people from the community. They also thought that the money they made with the help of their band could be used to set up a business or help with funding for another person who was in need.

The sisters agreed that their brand was also focused on giving back and would also have ideas revolving around that. Apart from handling professional matters, the sisters also seemed to be hands-on when it came to giving personal advice. Exchanging doubts about motherhood and finding a solution, the trio had managed to create a space out of love and care.

While they have managed to push their business into a profitable direction, only the coming episodes will tell how well their new idea worked.

'Bringing Up Bates' airs on Thursdays at 9 pm ET on UP.
