In this episode, Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif come across a patient for whom they are her last resort. Melissa decided to visit the 'Botched' doctors with the hopes that they would be able to help her  breast condition.

Melissa had got her first implants after she successfully passed her first semester in law school. To treat herself she decided that getting breast implants would be the best option. Unfortunately, she suffered the horrors of the implants as they happened to become hard and it made her uncomfortable. This led her to undergo another surgery to correct it but unfortunately for Melissa, this too did not work out.

For the second time, the breast implants did not stay in the position and she ended up with ruptured skin on her breasts. However, Melissa was not ready to give up and decided to undergo another surgery. However, this time, the breast implants started leaking. Melissa even filled a cup with the fluid that was dripping which got her worried.  Not one to lose hope, she underwent a fourth surgery and yet it brought her no repsite.

She describes her breasts as a "shredded meat fest" while highlighting that they have become the reason for her self-confidence getting lower than usual. Melissa confessed that she stopped going out because she was embarrassed by her breasts while adding that in the times that she did go out she would make use of padded breasts and pads to make her breast look more symmetrical. Dubrow was clear that he would be able to tell the status of her surgery only after examining her breasts.

Dubrow found out that the condition of Dubrow's left and right breasts were very different. The right breast had healed but in the process of healing the skin was gathered around near her stomach. Meanwhile, the left breast was left with a large cavity as it tried to heal.

As a solution to the problem, Dubrow decided that he would first remove the scar tissue and then try to create a pocket in the breast to insert the implants and later given them the shape that Melissa would be happy with. Melissa was quick to agree as she had put her trust in Dubrow's hands.

When Dubrow first started doing the surgery he realized that if he outs the implants on Melissa's right breast then the nipples will not get any blood supply. However, when it came to the left breasts, things looked more promising. Despite the risk, Dubrow thought it would be good to perform two surgeries on Melissa and see how things go from there. The first surgery had him inserting the implants and letting the body take its course when it comes to healing.

After Melissa's breasts were 63% healed he decided to perform the second surgery. Fortunately, Dubrow was able to fill Melissa's pockets with the implants and gave her the symmetrical shaped that she had hoped for. Melissa thought of Dubrow as a "God" for having the patience for the surgery and giving her the breasts that she had always wanted. The surgery helped Melissa gain her confidence.

'Botched' airs on Mondays at 9 10 pm on E!
