Fans want Joy of Red Velvet and Jennie of Blackpink to collab after both idols radiated sensuality in their recent solo photoshoots for Calvin Klein

Talk about two fandoms uniting as one, manifesting a collaboration between extremely popular idols from K-pop in the time of fan wars. Historically speaking, Red Velvet fans (Redveluvs) and Blackpink fans (Blinks) have never really reported any major fan wars and that is the reason why after the release of new photoshoots from members of both groups, fans are now hoping for a collab between Blackpink's Jennie of and Red Velvet's Joy.

On January 25, Red Velvet’s Joy (Park Sooyoung) caused a lot of rumble with her newly released photoshoot for the brand Calvin Klein as she bared her midriff and her to-die-for physique in Calvin Klein jeans and crop tops. The photoshoot was dedicated to Valentine’s Day where Joy created a perfect visual for fans to fawn over and as fans were barely recovering from that, Jennie of Blackpink has made a reappearance on the brand. Jennie, who is the global ambassador for the brand, made her fans' jaws drop to the floor as she dressed in lingerie from Calvin Klein for their Spring 2022 Collection.

Fans manifest a ‘Calvin Klein ft Jennie and Joy’ photoshoot

After Joy’s Valentine’s Day photo shoot with the brand, a new photoshoot with Jennie was released on February 16 where Jennie is seen wearing outfits from Calvin Klein’s ‘Spring 2022 Collection’, a collection that celebrates individuality. For the shoot, Jennie released a series of photos on her personal Instagram page, while Calvin Klien’s post of the two photoshoots on Twitter saw fans manifesting a collab between the two idols.

One fan said, “For the next campaign, what do you think about a Joy × Jennie collab??? i bet it'd break the internet.” Another fan said, “Jennie x joy collab for calvin klein please.” One more fan asked, “Jennie and joy collab photoshoot for calvin klein when?” One fan questioned the brand itself asking, “Hey bestie are we gonna see Joy and Jennie together any time soon??”

‘I don’t think I will survive’

Fans of the two K-pop idols who want to see the duo together talked about how powerful a collab between Jennie and Joy would be while also adding ‘Squid Game’ model and actress Jung Hyoyeon to the mix as Hyoyeon, who is friends with Jennie, also represents the brand. The fan said, “I need hoyeon, joy and jennie to do a calvin klein photoshoot all together. Imagine the POWER.” Another fan said, “Joy and jennie together for ck is not a want its a need.” One more fan said, “Earlier we got Jennie and Deb for Calvin Klein but i badly want Jennie and Joy for Calvin Klein too. Imagine these two pretty and sexy bestie in one frame??! bruhh i might faint.”
