It was an emotional moment for fans who watched the latest trailer of 'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever'. Paired with a stirring and rousing score, the trailer gives a look at the post-T'Challa days when the kingdom is still mourning the death of its king. With the late Chadwick Boseman set to be honored for the first few minutes even in the movie, a sneak peek of what was in store had fans bringing the tissues out.

The official synopsis reads: "In Marvel Studios’ 'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever,' Queen Ramonda (Angela Bassett), Shuri (Letitia Wright), M’Baku (Winston Duke), Okoye (Danai Gurira), and the Dora Milaje (including Florence Kasumba), fight to protect their nation from intervening world powers in the wake of King T’Challa’s death. As the Wakandans strive to embrace their next chapter, the heroes must band together with the help of War Dog Nakia (Lupita Nyong’o) and Everett Ross (Martin Freeman) and forge a new path for the kingdom of Wakanda."

Fans react to 'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever' new trailer on YouTube

"This gave me chills. I'm going to cry when I see that funeral scene. Chadwick deserves that! My heart still isn't ready to face his death but I'm so happy at how this movie was done. BRILLIANT," one of the fans wrote. This was seconded by another: The beginning brought me to tears right away. Just seeing Black Panther's funeral. It hurts me so much. And, I am glad they are taking this movie serious with no goofs, jokes, or silly stuff. And Shuri as the new Black Panther, I am really excited to see it. But we will always remember the truest Black Panther ever. We will always remember Chadwick Boseman. We miss him. And we will never forget him. I bet he's happy how this movie will turn out and how it'll honor him."
