'Black Ink Crew: Chicago' is all set to take a nasty turn. The next episode will focus on the repercussions of Charmaine Walker hiring  Miss Kitty without consulting with Jessica.

Kitty got offered a job at 2nd City Ink at by Charmaine at her mother Glenda's funeral. Jessica was right there when it all happened but she didn't react. Although, it was evident that she was put off by Charmaine's decision to have Kitty on board without having a word with her. She let it go for that moment.

Kitty has been in two minds about taking Charmaine up on her offer. She even openly discussed it with Ryan Henry, who encouraged her to move to Chicago because it would mean a lot for Charmaine emotionally and otherwise. Charmaine would have someone dear to look after 2nd City Ink. The episode ended with Kitty announcing that she'd be seeing Jessica, Draya, and Plug, in Chicago adding that she is joining the tattoo shop as its manager.

The coming week will be all about Charmaine and Jessica dealing with this new change. They are shown to engage in a war of words, forcing Jessica to say that it'll either be her or Kitty, to which Charmaine said that she can make whatever decisions she wants about the shop and everybody would have to fall in line.

Is Jessica really upset because Charmaine didn't discuss it with her before getting Kitty on board or does she not like Kitty's closeness with Ryan? In today's episode, we see Jessica drop a bunch of questions on Ryan when he returned home the morning after they all (Jessica, Ryan, Kitty, Draya, Plug) went for a little party. Ryan and Kitty left the party together and ever since then, Draya and Jessica have been curious to know what the two were up to.

Meanwhile, Don and Ashley got into a heated argument at a diner. When Don yelled at her, she retaliated with a strong statement: "I am the one who made you." This isn't the first time that the couple has gotten into a spat of this kind. Let's hope it's one of those fights and they'll patch up soon.
