From one dangerous man to another! Rick Legarski's (John Carroll-Lynch) wife Merrilee (Brooke Smith) has spectacularly bad judgment when it comes to men. Her husband is a sex-trafficker and murderer and she talks about him in a tone that implies that he just stole donuts. Now, she's meeting his accomplice Ronald Pergman (Brian Geraghty) who, just by the way, killed his mother right at the end of the episode.

This puts a lot of fan theories to rest as throughout the season they were of the strong conviction that Ronald's mother was a figment of his imagination and he had killed her long ago. Well, surprise, she wasn't dead but now she is, and it took one twist of the neck? She had been onto Ronald for a long time, so fans saw this death coming.

"Goodbye, Helen. Does this mean Ronald is going to commit shower murder next? #BigSky," a fan wrote. "Ronald!!!!!!!! What did you just do?!?!?!?!?! This show constantly has me on the edge of my seat and I love it!!!!!!!!! #BigSky@BigSkyABC," another tweeted.

"The way Ronald snapped her neck like that reminds me of the vampire diaries #BigSky," a fan tweeted.  "Who isn't surprised that Ronald killed his mother, he gives Norman Bates vibes," another wrote."I think we all knew it would play out exactly like that. But serious kudos to Valerie Mahaffey. The @BigSkyABC casting team struck gold with her as Ronald's Mom. #BigSky," one tweeted.

"Ahhh I knew that was going to happen! Ronald killed his mother #BigSky #BigSkyabc You don’t tell someone who has murder on their mind that you’re going to report them to the police," one tweeted. At the moment, Ronald is continuing his dalliance with Merilee. "Merilee, you’re married to a murderous kidnapper, but having Ronald come and visit you will make the neighbors talk!?! @BigSkyABC#BigSky #BigSkyABC," a fan tweeted.

Meanwhile, Rick Legarski has woken up and has no memory of what he has done. He is still his horrible self though, as he insults his attorney and calls her stout. Yet, Grace (Jade Pettyjohn) fights her trauma and comes to the hospital and identifies him as the man who had shot her with a crossbow.

'Big Sky' airs on Tuesdays at 10 pm on ABC.
