Below Deck's Kerry Titheradge gives Ben Willoughby and Kyle Stillie a stern warning
GRENADA, CARIBBEAN: In the final episode of 'Below Deck' Season 11, Captain Kerry Titheradge unleashed his fury upon Ben Willoughby and Kyle Stillie, sternly cautioning them about the severe repercussions of their recent cabin inspection failure.
In a previous episode, Captain Kerry announced that all crew members would undergo cabin inspections. While the majority of the crew passed without issue, Ben and Kyle stood out as the exceptions, failing to meet the standard.
Consequently, Kerry assigned them the task of cleaning their cabins as a disciplinary measure. However, despite receiving explicit instructions from Captain Kerry, Ben and Kyle opted to defy his orders, refusing to tidy their quarters. They voiced their frustration, claiming they were being treated unfairly. This act of defiance marked the breaking point in their relationship with Captain Kerry.
In the latest episode, Kerry told Ben and Kyle, "I've gone out of my way to help you in this journey. I've shown both you guys respect. I've been out here, and I've busted my a** to help you guys out. We’ve been down crew, and this is the way you say thank you?"
In a confessional, he said, "This is a total disrespect. I have given Ben the opportunity to be a leader and he's failing." Kerry continued, "You are the f***ing bosun mate. You are going to be here one day."
Then, Kyle interrupted him by saying, "Just we never genuinely never got around to it. We just didn't," to which he replied, "I saw you here talking to Barbie mate." The 'Below Deck' captain told the crew members, "Go down, get your room sorted out. And if you don't, there's going to be consequences."

What happened between 'Below Deck' stars Ben Willoughby and Captain Kerry Titheradge?
In the previous episode of 'Below Deck' Season 11, Ben found himself increasingly frustrated with Captain Kerry's demands, particularly the discussions about certain crew members' perceived lack of attention to detail.
During an inspection of the deck, Kerry outlined his expectations for a final charter, pointing out areas that needed improvement. Kerry recommended rinsing off the jet ski before departure and expressed his frustration with the crew's performance. On the other hand, Ben also expressed his frustrations in the galley.
"I'm just going to rinse them every f****n time. It’s starting to piss me off," Ben said. Ben felt like he had to constantly bite his tongue and follow orders, even though he found it annoying. “He’s just micromanaging galore. I’m just sick of it. I don’t give a f**k if he’s Captain or God,” the bosun concluded.
