GRENADA, CARIBBEAN: The charter season is coming to a close, and Ben Willoughby is feeling completely exhausted. He is fed up with constantly attending to the needs of guests, working long hours, and especially fed up with the constant demands of Captain Kerry Titheradge.

The only solace Ben seems to find amid the chaos is in his relationship with his subordinate, Sunny Marquis. The Australian native is finding it increasingly difficult to cope with the pressures of his job and is relying on his romantic connection with Sunny to find some sort of relief.

In the most recent episode of 'Below Deck' Season 11, the crew was seen gearing up for the last charter of the season. Captain Kerry urgently called for Ben to join him for a thorough inspection of the deck area, and what he discovered left him less than impressed.

It was clear that some members of the crew had neglected to pay attention to the finer details, and Ben was left feeling exasperated by the lack of care and precision displayed.

As Kerry walked around the deck, he outlined his expectations to Ben, setting the stage for a tense and challenging final charter.

“You’ll make sure these umbrellas come down before we leave. Sharpen these up, the drains," the captain shared.

Within the confines of the aircraft, the pair surveyed the contents of the storage compartment.

Soon after, Kerry told Ben, “I want us to be very cognizant of how tidy this is down here. I don’t like how this looks right here. That hose and that line. It needs to be neat.”

Furthermore, the jet ski had a salty residue on it, prompting Ben to recommend that his team rinse it off before they left. Kerry then headed to the galley to brew himself a cup of coffee and express his frustration over the inconsistent performance of his deck crew.

Ben told Sunny, "I'm just going to rinse them every f****n time. It’s starting to piss me off.”

During a confessional, Ben said, “It’s like Captain Kerry’s got his knickers in a knot, it’s the last charter. I’m just like C’mon Captain just chill out. I just feel like I’ve got to bite my tongue right to the end and just say yes sir, let’s get on with it, It’s a bit annoying.”

“He’s just micromanaging galore. I’m just sick of it. I don’t give a f**k if he’s Captain or God,” Ben continued.

'Below Deck' Season 11 star Ben Willoughby was promoted to bosun after Jared Woodin's firing

During his time as a Bosun on 'Below Deck' Season 11, Jared Woodin faced numerous challenges and struggled with homesickness as he yearned to be with his daughter while working aboard the yacht.

Captain Kerry Titheradge reprimanded deckhand Kyle Stillie for failing to clean up his mess on the dock while intoxicated, expressing disapproval of his unruly conduct.

After consulting with Kyle and stewardess Barbara 'Barbie' Pascual, who both witnessed the incident, Captain Kerry decided to terminate Jared's employment based on their testimonies.

Due to the absence of a Bosun on the deck team, Captain Kerry requested that lead deckhand Ben Willoughby take on the responsibilities of the position.
