'Below Deck' Season 8: Will Shane Coopersmith and Isabelle 'Izzy' Wouters switch roles on My Seanna? Fans think so

Fans seem to think Izzy should be a deckhand while Shane should be moved to the interior team

'Below Deck' Season 8 premiered on Bravo on November 2. And in just seven days have created drama good enough to send fans into a tizzy. Kate Chastain's absence has been a major point of concern for loyal fans. Besides that, the viewers seem to be concerned about Isabelle 'Izzy' Wouters and Shane Coopersmith's fates. 

In the preview clip, we are shown that Izzy finds it difficult to do her job. She's slow and is reminded constantly of how she needs to pick up pace. Once, she even muttered "I wish I was a deckhand." Meanwhile, Shane was spotted doing the rounds of the interiors rather than extending a helping hand to his colleagues at the deck. 

While the drinks and food were being served, Eddie stood there wanting to help the stewardesses in hosting the charter guests. But he was called on by bosun Eddie Lucas, who said that the deckhands stay behind the scenes and that he should keep that in mind. 

In last week's episode, Shane busied himself in replacing plastic straws with paper ones. Even though, Eddie didn't stop him from doing so but he was definitely surprised by it. He was also busy doing some yoga and meditating while the rest of the crew go to work so that they could welcome the charter guests on time. 

Will Eddie and chief stewardess Francesca Rubi take this up with Captain Lee? Eddie seems to be waiting it out while Francesca has already shared her first impressions of Izzy with the Captain. She pointed out that Izzy was slow and hence needed some training, but Captain was quick to express that on-the-job training would be tough. 

Meanwhile, fans think their roles should be exchanged. 

"So maybe Izzy and Shane could switch rolls?? She go on deck and he stay in the interior  #BelowDeck," a user pointed out, another tweeted: "Who else thinks Shane should be moved to interior and Izzy should be on deck!? Lol @capthlr @BravoTV #BelowDeck." "Maybe Shane and Izzy should switch jobs #BelowDeck," a fan commented.
