EXCLUSIVE | How did Barrie Drewitt meet fiance Scott Hutchinson? Late actor Paul Walker may have played cupid
Barrie Drewitt-Barlow and Scott Hutchinson's love story may be a sweet one but it's not without its problems. In an interview with MEAWW, Barrie put a stop to the speculation surrounding his dating life.
Soon after the couple appeared on 'Below Deck Sailing Yacht', there were rumors that Barrie's daughter Saffron dated Scott. However, that couldn't be further from the truth. "The facts are quite different," he told us and added: "I met Scott 8 years ago. He was working in his old profession as a stunt man on 'Fast and Furious' when they were filming in London." Barrie was invited over by his late friend Paul Walker to meet some of the cast and that was when he met Scott. The couple has come a long way since and is planning on adding to their growing family. "If something comes from one of these offers and we decide to go forward and do it, then we will open up our home to viewers and you can all see for yourself what happens, but we plan on three more children and a big wedding," Barrie confirmed.
Barrie popped the question amid close friends and family. It was a pleasant and lavish surprise. Planned and arranged by the 'BDSY' crew, the event will go down in the history as one of the most romantic proposals ever.
